GreenBuild Co. manages commercial construction projects across the Pacific Northwest, with an average of 30 active projects at any given time. The company had grown rapidly — doubling headcount in three years — but the operational infrastructure hadn't kept pace.

The Vendor Portal alone transformed the invoice process: subcontractors now submit invoices directly through the portal, where they're automatically matched to project milestones and routed for approval. The Finance module handles payment scheduling and reporting. What previously took the accounts payable team three days per week now takes a few hours.
The Customer Portal gave clients a live view into project status, reducing inbound status-check calls by over 70%.
