To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

The Service offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change pricing for a paid plan, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Free trial periods, if offered, begin at the time of account creation. At the end of a trial, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload, create, or generate through the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Data. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Upon termination of your account, you may export Your Data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete Your Data from our systems.
In no event shall Bi369 AI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings page. If you terminate a paid plan mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bi369 AI is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
