RetailEdge is a premium home goods brand selling through their own e-commerce store and two wholesale channels. The breakthrough was the unified customer profile: every blog post read, email opened, and purchase made is logged against the customer record. When the marketing team segments for a campaign, they can filter by content behavior — something they could never do before.
The SEO module's keyword tracking, combined with Analytics showing which blog posts drove the most conversions, allowed them to double down on content that actually sold product.
