Overview
Bi369 AI Projects gives you a flexible workspace for managing work — from simple task lists to full sprint-based development workflows. Every project has its own Kanban board, list view, timeline (Gantt), and sprint planner.
Creating a project
- Go to Projects → All projects
- Click New project
- Fill in:
- Project name (required)
- Client — link to a CRM customer (optional)
- Start date and target end date
- Status — Active, On hold, or Completed
- Click Create project
Adding team members
- Open the project → Settings tab
- Under Team members, click Add member
- Select from your workspace users
- Assign a role: Project Manager, Developer, Designer, or Viewer
Project Managers can edit all settings; others can only manage tasks.
Project views
Switch views from the toolbar at the top of the project:

Creating tasks
- In Kanban or List view, click + Add task in any column
- Enter the task title and press Enter (quick-add)
- Click the task to open the full detail panel and add:
- Description (rich text)
- Assignee
- Due date
- Priority (Low / Medium / High / Urgent)
- Labels / tags
- Attachments
- Sub-tasks
- Time estimate
Milestones
Milestones mark key project deliverables or deadlines. To create one:
- Go to the Timeline view
- Click Add milestone
- Set the name and date
Milestones appear as diamonds on the Gantt chart.
Using AI Copilot in Projects
Ask the AI to help with project work:
- "Break down the 'Mobile app redesign' project into tasks with estimates"
- "What's overdue on the Acme Corp project?"
- "Generate a status report for last week"
