Overview
Bi369 AI accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on Bi369 AI's servers.
Adding a payment method
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment methods
- Click Add payment method
- Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC
- Click Save
Your new card will be set as the default payment method for future charges.
Updating your default card
If you have multiple cards saved, you can choose which one is charged for subscriptions:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment methods
- Click the ⋮ menu next to the card you want to set as default
- Select Set as default
Removing a payment method
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment methods
- Click ⋮ → Remove next to the card you want to delete
Note: You cannot remove your only payment method if you have an active paid subscription. Add a new card first, then remove the old one.
Invoices and receipts
All invoices are emailed to your billing email automatically after each charge. You can also download past invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoices.
Invoices include:
- Your company name and address (as configured in Settings → Company Profile)
- Itemised breakdown of charges
- VAT/tax if applicable
Billing email
By default, invoices are sent to the email address used to create the account. To change the billing email:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Billing details
- Update the Billing email field
- Click Save
Failed payments
If a payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- Bi369 AI will retry the charge 3 times over 7 days
- If all retries fail, your workspace is moved to the Free plan
To recover your workspace, update your payment method and pay the outstanding invoice in Settings → Billing.
Your data is not deleted during payment failures. It's retained for 30 days after plan downgrade.
Taxes and VAT
If your business is VAT-registered (EU/UK), you can add your VAT number in Settings → Billing → Billing details. This will be shown on your invoices and may affect the tax applied to your subscription.
