Overview
You can upgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately — there's no waiting period or migration step.
How to upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade plan
- Select the plan you want to upgrade to
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Enter your payment details (credit card or PayPal)
- Confirm and pay
As soon as payment is processed you'll see the new limits and features active in your workspace.
Proration
If you upgrade mid-billing cycle, you'll only be charged for the remaining days in the current cycle at the new plan rate. Your next invoice will be for the full new amount.
Example: You're on Starter ($29/mo) and upgrade to Pro ($79/mo) on day 15 of a 30-day cycle. You'll be charged $25 for the remaining 15 days, and $79 from the next cycle.
What changes after upgrading?
When you upgrade, the following happen immediately:
- New modules become visible in the sidebar (HR, Marketing, etc.)
- User limit increases — you can now invite more team members
- Storage limit increases
- AI Agents (Pro+) become available in Settings → AI Agents
- Custom fields limits increase
No data is lost during an upgrade. All your existing records, settings, and configurations are preserved.
Upgrading to Enterprise
Enterprise plans require a custom contract. To get started:
- Click Contact sales on the Billing page, or
- Fill out this form and select "Enterprise Pricing"
Our team will respond within 1 business day.
Downgrading
You can downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Warning: If your current usage exceeds the limits of the lower plan (e.g., you have 25 users on Pro and downgrade to Starter which allows 10), you'll need to deactivate members before the downgrade takes effect.
