Overview
Creating a Bi369 AI account takes less than two minutes. You'll start on a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan — no credit card required. After your trial ends you'll be moved to the Free plan automatically unless you choose to upgrade.
Step-by-step
1. Go to the signup page
Navigate to bi369.com/signup and click Start for free.
2. Enter your details
Fill in the required fields:

Tip: Use your work email address. This makes it easier for teammates to find and join your workspace later.
3. Verify your email
You'll receive a verification email within a few minutes. Click Verify email in that email to activate your account.
Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder. If it's not there, click Resend verification on the login page.
4. Complete onboarding
After verification you'll be guided through a short onboarding flow:
- Select your industry — personalises module suggestions
- Choose modules — pick which modules to enable (you can change this later)
- Invite teammates — optional, can be skipped
Once you finish, you'll land in your Bi369 AI dashboard.
What's included in the free trial?
Your 14-day Pro trial includes:
- All modules (CRM, Projects, Finance, HR, Marketing, and more)
- AI Copilot
- 2 Autonomous Agents
- Up to 10 users
- 10 GB storage
After the trial
When your trial ends you'll automatically move to the Free plan, which includes:
- CRM, Projects, Finance (basic)
- 3 users
- 1 GB storage
- No AI Agents
You can upgrade at any time from Settings → Billing.
