Overview
Your company profile is the foundation of your Bi369 AI workspace. It controls how your company name appears across modules, what currency and tax settings are applied, and how documents like invoices are branded.
Navigate to Settings → Company Profile to manage these settings.
Company profile fields
Basic information

Address
Your registered company address is used on invoice footers and compliance documents. Fill in all fields including:
- Street address
- City / State / Postcode
- Country
Branding
Upload your company logo to personalise:
- Invoice headers and PDFs
- Customer portal login page
- Email notifications sent to customers
- Vendor portal
Recommended logo size: 400×100px or wider, PNG or SVG with transparent background.
Financial settings
Base currency
Set your base currency in Settings → Company → Financial Settings. This is the default currency for all invoices, expenses, and financial reports.
Warning: Changing the base currency after you've created invoices or transactions is not recommended. Contact support if you need to migrate.
Fiscal year
Set your fiscal year start month. This affects:
- Annual financial reports
- Budget periods
- Tax summaries
Tax configuration
If your business charges tax (GST, VAT, sales tax), configure your default tax rate here. You can add multiple tax rates and assign them to individual products or line items.
Modules
From Settings → Modules you can enable or disable individual modules. Disabled modules are hidden from the sidebar but your data is preserved.
Tip: Start with the 3-4 modules most relevant to your business. You can always enable more later.
